# Contact Writavo

How to reach support, report a security problem, apply as a design partner, and find every machine-readable resource this site publishes.

## Support

Email [support@writavo.com](mailto:support@writavo.com) about your account, your Sites, billing, or the
product not doing what the documentation says.

Writavo is pre-launch and support comes from the people who build it. We aim to answer within one
working day. Include your Site name and, for an API problem, the error code from the response
(every code is in the [error reference](/docs/errors)).

## Security

Email [security@writavo.com](mailto:security@writavo.com) to report a vulnerability. Please do not open
a public issue. We acknowledge a report within two working days and tell you what we intend to do.

Testing against your own Site and data is welcome. Do not degrade service for other tenants or
reach for another tenant's data beyond proving the boundary holds: tell us what you found and we
will reproduce it.

## Sales and design partners

Email [support@writavo.com](mailto:support@writavo.com) with "design partner" in the subject, and tell
us what you publish about and what you want to rank for. The first cohort is small and spread
across different niches.

The MCP server is at `https://mcp.writavo.com/mcp` (sign in with your browser, nothing to
